Rattlesnake Vaccine Could Save Your Dog or Horse’s Life
Did you know that there is a vaccine that could save your dog or your horse if they are bitten by a rattlesnake? They will still need medical attention, but it will buy you time to get them to the vet as well as minimizing the damage and treatment they require.
It’s not too early to get your pets vaccinated. Rattlesnakes are most active when it’s between 50 and 80 degrees. As I sit here writing this, my thermometer reads 55, and we’ve been having these warm days for a while.
